چکیده
A promising phenomenon such as lossy-mode resonance (LMR) is of great interest in sensor applications. Until now, this has been shown only fibers or planar waveguides; however, given the rapid development an important technological area photonic integrated circuits (PICs), it to transfer LMR technology specifically PICs. In article, we propose theoretical polymer-based that will also contribute hybrid organic–inorganic This work theoretically shows can be achieved using polymer SU-8 waveguides on a glass substrate, top which TiO2 deposited. addition, paper multiple resonances developed sensor. The highest sensitivity (about 1400 nm/RIU) was with 40 nm TiO2. effect waveguide and coating geometries, well polarizations propagating modes, studied paper.
